Cartoon Defense
Controls: use the mouse to control the game. Pan the camera with WASD and zoom in and out with the mouse wheel. You can click on enemies to see their statistics.
The final product for a term-long semi-AI driven tower defense game. It adjusts to how you play and tries to play as best it can to beat you! It does this by building a player model of where you place what turret and learning from you. It then adjusts the spawns, frequency and health of the enemy units to up or lower the difficulty depending on your skill.
The game uses points to lure spawning enemies. The waves only spawn once the previous wave is entirely wiped. You can upgrade turrets by clicking on them and place up to 24 turrets of 2 varieties.
Different enemies do different things. From ranged enemies, to enemies that move quicker and do more melee damage. Some ranged units also do AOE damage to your turrets. Win the game by completing all 9 waves.
The game was created with all of my own modeled assets. The sounds used were the only pieces of content that were downloaded and used with permission. See the Credits in-game for details.
